Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Seattle facility with the same care we formulate our BB creams and facial serums.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (Recommended)

  • Carriers: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Flat Rate: $12.95 USD

Free Economy Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Available for orders over $50 USD

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). International orders may be subject to customs fees which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

Just as our facial toners prepare your skin for optimal results, our return policy is designed for clarity and ease.

Return Window

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most unopened, clinically-proven skincare products in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our clinical hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened facial oils, serums, or toners (unless defective)
  • Products without original packaging or seals
  • Items purchased more than 15 days ago
  • Gift cards or downloadable products

3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request
Within 15 days of delivery, email our Seattle team at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Number]”
  • Product name and reason for return
  • For exchanges, specify preferred replacement from our BB creams, serums, or moisturizers
  • Confirmation of unopened/defective status

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Securely package items with visible RMA number. Ship to our Seattle facility via trackable method (DHL, FedEx, or EMS recommended). Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility unless due to our error.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your return (typically 3-5 business days):

  • Method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Amount: Product cost minus original shipping (unless our error)

Exchange Process

Follow standard return process and include exchange request in your initial email. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.

International Returns Note

For global customers:

  • Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Original customs duties/taxes cannot be refunded
  • Processing may take longer than domestic returns
