While we meticulously craft our BB creams, facial serums, oils, and toners to meet your skin’s unique needs, we understand that occasionally a product may not be the perfect match for you.
Our Return & Exchange Commitment
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most of our clinically-proven skincare products. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ve designed this process to be as seamless as our facial serums are to apply.
Important Note
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened facial oils, serums, or toners unless the product is defective. All returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging with seals intact.
Simple 3-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our Seattle-based customer care team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days (the same timeframe as our order processing), our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. This authorization is required for all returns.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible on the package. Ship to our Seattle facility using a trackable method (we recommend the same carriers we use: DHL, FedEx, or EMS).
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival):
- Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval (additional bank processing times may apply)
- Amount Refunded: Product cost minus any original shipping fees (unless return is due to our error)
Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to product availability):
- Follow the same return process above
- Include your exchange request in your initial email
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement product
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Special Considerations for International Returns
For our global customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- We cannot refund any original customs duties or taxes
- International returns may take longer to process
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our clinical standards for product safety and hygiene, the following cannot be returned unless defective:
- Opened facial serums and oils (due to contamination risks)
- Products without original packaging or seals
- Items purchased more than 15 days ago
- Gift cards or downloadable products
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product (our clinical team works hard to prevent this), please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
